Mary Room provides finished crochet items, crochet patterns, and DIY crochet kits (collectively referred to as "Products"). These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase of Products.

3. Account Creation

4. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that our Products are accurately described on our Site. If a Product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept Paypal, Debit/Credit Card. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We aim to process and ship orders within 5 business days. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s regulations. These additional charges are your responsibility.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a Product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

Finished Items: Must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Patterns: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of crochet patterns are final and non-refundable.

Kits: Kits must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. If any component of the kit has been used or opened, the kit is non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of [Your Website Name] or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
