Mary Room offers finished crochet items, digital crochet patterns, and DIY crochet kits (collectively, “Products”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, as well as any purchases made through the Site.
2. Eligibility
To make a purchase on our Site, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
Some features of the Site may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing, is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that any content is error-free, complete, or current. If a product does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged or incomplete, please review our Return Policy (Section 7) and contact us at info@mary-room.com. We will gladly assist in resolving the issue within the terms of eligibility for exchanges or replacement.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others available at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees. Mary Room is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.
7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy:
- Finished Items: Eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
- DIY Crochet Kits: May be returned only if unopened and unused.
- Digital Crochet Patterns: All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@mary-room.com with your order number. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including images, text, logos, designs, patterns, and product descriptions — is the property of Mary Room and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, sell, reproduce, or modify any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mary Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profits.
