General Return Policy
For finished products, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange. Patterns are non-returnable and non-refundable, as all pattern sales are final once the checkout process is complete.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange for a finished product, please email us at info@mary-room.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, the exchange process will begin, and we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@mary-room.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
All sales of digital patterns are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for patterns.
