General Return Policy
For finished products, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that digital crochet patterns are non-returnable and non-refundable — all pattern sales are final once checkout is complete.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange for a finished product, please email us at info@mary-room.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your exchange is approved. If approved, we will send out the replacement item as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@mary-room.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of digital products, all pattern sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds on digital crochet patterns.
