Domestic Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing (custom or made-to-order items may take longer).
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery estimates will be shown during checkout. Please note that delays caused by postal carriers are beyond our control.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid any issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Mary Room is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Mary Room is not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our handmade products and digital patterns, we do not accept returns at this time.
If there is an issue with your order (missing or incorrect item), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at info@mary-room.com, and we will do our best to make it right.
Address Verification
- Double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
- Mary Room is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If you notice an error, email info@mary-room.com immediately.
- Please note: once the order is shipped, we cannot update the address.

All Mary Room crochet items and kits are packaged in high-quality, brand-new boxes, ready to be gifted as-is — no extra wrapping needed.
If you’d like to include a custom message, birthday note, or request extra decorative packaging, please contact us before placing your order at info@mary-room.com. We’re happy to personalize your package whenever possible.
