What’s included in a crochet kit?

Each kit comes with all the yarn you need, a crochet hook, stitch markers, tapestry needle, stuffing, pattern access via QR code, and a storage bag/box.

Are the kits suitable for beginners?

Some kits are designed for Beginner+ level (best if you’ve already completed 1–2 small crochet projects), while others are Intermediate. The skill level is always written in the product description and shown on the kit box.

How do I get the pattern?

All patterns are digital only. Inside your kit box, you’ll find a small card with a QR code and password.
• Option 1: Scan the QR code with your phone or tablet to go directly to the pattern.
• Option 2: If you can’t scan the QR code, type the printed link (shown on the card) into your browser.

Once on the page, click “Access Pattern”, enter the password, and you’ll see the full instructions. From there, you can download or view the pattern online.

What if I can’t access the file?

Orders & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, shipping is available within the United States only.

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days.

Can I include a gift note?

Yes! If you’d like me to print and include a personalized message with your order, just write me your note after purchase, info@mary-room.com

Digital Patterns (PDF)

How quickly will I receive my pattern?

Digital patterns are delivered instantly after payment.

Can I download the file multiple times?

Yes, but if you don’t receive your file or have trouble accessing it, please contact me at info@mary-room.com.

Can I include a gift note?

No, all digital sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Crochet kits and finished products (like toys or plants) may be exchanged if there is an issue. Please contact me immediately if your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or incorrect.

What if something is missing or wrong in my kit?

Please send me a message right away with details or photos. I’ll send replacements at no extra cost.

Care Instructions

How do I wash my finished crochet items?

• Finished plants in pots: Not washable, since there is cardboard inside the pot for structure.
• Keychains and some toys: Hand wash gently in cold water with mild soap. Do not wring or twist. Air dry naturally in a dry place.

Custom Orders & Wholesale

Can I order a custom crochet product (like a toy, flower, or plant)?

Yes! I accept custom orders. Please email me your idea at info@mary-room.com and we’ll discuss details.

Do you work with shops or offer wholesale?

Absolutely. If you represent a store or would like to discuss wholesale/collaboration opportunities, please reach out via info@mary-room.com and I’ll be happy to provide options.

Do you sell your products in physical stores?

Yes! You can find Mary Room creations in several locations:
• Delaware: I often participate in local festivals a few times per quarter. My products are also available in Wilmington and Hockessin, including Hockessin Bookshelf and a Truly Yoga studio.
• Florida: Selected items are featured at a Helicopter Tours company in Panama City Beach.
